Goods which have been incorrectly supplied or which are found to be faulty may be returned for replacement or credit, Customer must give a written notification to our company( workwearcorner@kinet.com.au)  at the first receive of the goods, and return within 7 days of delivery of goods to the customer.  And Returns must be in the same condition as sent to customer and all tags and packaging in as new condition. 

Cancelled Orders

If goods are incorrectly ordered or an order is cancelled after it has been shipped return freight and a restocking fee will apply. Our Restocking fee is $20.00 + gst of the item price

Returning Goods

All Return requests of any item must be received within 7 days of delivery.  Our Restocking fee is $20.00 + GST of the stock item price for those not defective or not incorrectly supply returned items. Restocking fee & Freight will be minused from the order amount and the net amount will be refunded back to the customer. All costs associated with the returns of goods are at the purchases expense. Tracking information must be provided to ensure the confirmation or any returned items back into our store.
